“Hong Kong was one of the first places we first went to as a group of friends and where Pat and Becca got to know each other. This is where everything started ?,” recalls Alex, now the Best Man, after @patmardula proposed to @beccacc27 at Hong Kong Boston.

Visiting from NY where they now live, Pat and Becca met their closest friends at Hong Kong for a fun reunion at their old stomping grounds. Pat recalls, “Becca and I spent so much time getting to know each other here.” So on an October night at Hong Kong Boston, surrounded by their unsuspecting friends, Pat waited for the right moment, got down on one knee and proposed to Becca!

When asked why Hong Kong was special for them?

• Becca: “A lot of Scorpion Bowls brought us together.”
• Pat: “Hong Kong is just our place. It really, really is.”
